One World Observatory Wins a Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement

One World Observatory, a project developed by The Hettema Group, in partnership with Legends,
was chosen as an Outstanding Achievement winner in the 2015 Thea Awards.

The Thea Awards were created to bring recognition to talent, achievement and personal excellence within the themed entertainment industry.  Established in 1994, the Thea Awards have become internationally recognized as a symbol of excellence.

The objective of the Thea Awards is simple, "To find excellence and celebrate it."

"Each Thea-honored project represents a step forward in our industry and our collective drive toward excellence in the making of compelling experiences and places. We encourage the public and the press to learn about these achievements and their creators – and to celebrate with us.”

One World Observatory is a state-of-the-art guest experience that elevates the One World Trade Center observation deck from a spectacular sightseeing opportunity to an inspirational personal journey.  THG is humbled by the honor of having one of our proudest achievements recognized within the themed entertainment industry.
